PRODUCT RETURN WITHIN 14 DAYS FROM THE MOMENT OF PURCHASE
According to the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Consumer Rights", you have the full right to return the product and receive compensation in the following cases:
1. Goods of inappropriate quality.
2. The product did not suit the buyer for some reason.
According to Art. 9 of the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Consumer Rights", the consumer has the right within 14 days to replace the product of proper quality with a similar one, if the product does not suit the shape, dimensions, style, color or cannot be used as intended, but on the condition that the product has not been used and its product type, consumer qualities, seals, factory packaging, documents have been preserved. conditions that:
• the product was not used, it is in its original form, all stickers and tags are preserved.
• less than 14 days have passed since the purchase of the goods.
• preserved factory packaging.
• the full set of goods is saved.
• upon inspection of the goods, no signs of outside interference (opening, request for repair) or other conditions of warranty service were violated.
• upon inspection of the product, no damage caused by the ingress of foreign objects, substances, liquids, insects, or extreme temperatures was found inside the product.
• a document confirming the fact of the purchase of the product or a warranty card, a complete set of the product is present.
All products from the store assortment are subject to exchange / return, except:
• all products from the category "Oils" and chemistry” in cases where the packaging seals were damaged.
• all goods from the categories: “Electricity”, “Lamps and light”, “Accumulators” in cases where the installation of the spare part was performed by a non-qualified specialist at a service station who does not have a certificate of conformity for this type of work.
For a successful exchange / return:
1. Make sure that 14 days have passed since the purchase (According to Article 9 of the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights").
2. Make sure that the product has not been used, the product type and factory packaging have been preserved.
3. Pack the product in the factory packaging, carefully check the availability of all components. Products with missing components will not be accepted.
4. Inform us about the desire to exchange / return the product by phone numbers specified in the Contacts section.
5. Tell us the details for the refund. Refunds, when paid by cash on delivery, are made to bank details (PrivatBank card or accounts of other banks) registered in the name of the client. Refunds, when paying to bank details, are made to the same details with which the order was paid.
6. We ourselves will generate the TTN number for returning the parcel and send it via SMS to your mobile number.
7. Within 5 working days, send the package by Nova Poshta to the TTN number you received. Delivery in case of exchange / return is compensated by the store and it is free for the client.
8. Wait! Within 2-5 days, our warehouse will receive the package, check the condition and availability of all components.
9. In case of exchange, we will send you a new product. In the case of a return, the funds will be transferred in full to your details.
Important! Please note that the process of accepting the returned goods takes up to 15 days from the moment the parcel is sent by the client.
