Policy regarding the processing of personal data

1. General provisions

This personal data processing policy is drawn up in accordance with the requirements of Article 8 of the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Personal Data" and defines the procedure for processing personal data and measures to ensure the security of personal data FabricLand (hereinafter - the Operator).
The Operator sets as its most important goal and condition for the implementation of its activities the observance of the rights and freedoms of a person and a citizen when processing his personal data, including the protection of the right to privacy, personal and family life secrecy.
This Operator's policy regarding the processing of personal data (hereinafter - the Policy) applies to all information that the Operator can obtain about visitors to the website https://fabricland.com.ua.

2. Basic concepts used in the Policy

Automated processing of personal data – processing of personal data with the help of computer technology;
Blocking of personal data – temporary termination of processing of personal data (except for cases where processing is necessary to clarify personal data);
Website – a set of graphic and informational materials, as well as computer programs and databases that ensure their availability on the Internet at a network address https://fabricland.com.ua;

Processing of personal data – any action (operation) or set of actions (operations) performed using means automation or without using such means with personal data, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction of personal data;
Operator – state body, municipal body, legal entity or individual, independently or jointly with other persons organizing and (or) processing personal data, as well as determining the purposes of personal data processing, the composition of personal data, subject to processing, actions (operations) performed with personal data;
Personal data – any information relating directly or indirectly to a specific or identifiable User of the website https://fabricland.com.ua;
User – any visitor to the website https://fabricland.com.ua;
Provision of personal data – actions aimed at disclosing personal data to a specific person or a specific circle persons;
Distribution of personal data - any actions, directed to the disclosure of personal data to an indefinite group of persons (transfer of personal data) or to familiarization with the personal data of an unlimited group of persons, including disclosure of personal data in the mass media, placement in information and telecommunication networks, or provision of access to personal data in any other way; to a legal entity;
Destruction of personal data – any actions as a result of which personal data are destroyed irretrievably with the impossibility of further restoration of the content of personal data in the information system of personal data and (or) as a result of which material carriers of personal data are destroyed.

3. The operator can process the following personal data of the User

Last name, first name, patronymic;
E-mail address;
Phone numbers;
The site also collects and processes anonymized data about visitors (including cookie files) with the help of Internet statistics services (Yandex Metrics and Google Analytics, etc.). data.

4. Purposes of personal data processing

The purpose of processing the User's personal data is to inform the User by sending e-mails; conclusion, execution and termination of civil law contracts; providing the User with access to services, information and/or materials contained on the website.
Also, the Operator has the right to send the User notifications about new products and services, special offers and various events. 6. The procedure for collection, storage, transmission and other types of processing of personal data

The security of personal data processed by the Operator is ensured by the implementation of legal, organizational and technical measures necessary to fully comply with the requirements of current legislation in the field of personal data protection.
The Operator ensures the safety of personal data and takes all possible measures to exclude access to personal data by unauthorized persons.
Personal data of the User never, under any conditions, will not be transferred to third parties, except for cases related to the implementation of current legislation.
In case of detection of inaccuracies in personal data, the User may update them independently, by sending a notification to the Operator at the Operator's e-mail address info@fabricland.com.ua marked "Update of personal data".
The term of personal data processing is unlimited. The User may at any time withdraw his consent to the processing of personal data by sending a notification to the Operator by e-mail to the Operator's email address info@fabricland.com.ua with the note "Revocation of consent to the processing of personal data".

7. Cross-border transfer of personal data

Before the cross-border transfer of personal data is carried out, the operator must make sure that the foreign state, to whose territory the transfer of personal data is supposed to be carried out, ensures reliable protection of the rights of the subjects of personal data.
Cross-border transfer of personal data on the territory of foreign states that do not meet the above requirements can be carried out only if there is a written consent of the subject of personal data for cross-border transfer his personal data and/or performance of the contract to which the subject of personal data is a party.

This document will reflect any changes to the Operator's personal data processing policy. The Policy is valid indefinitely until it is replaced by a new version.
